I NEED TO GET BACK INTO A ROUTINE.....................
Staying up late and sleeping the days away? Cannot sleep? Covid is changing my routine and I don't know how to get back into it.
Make a promise to yourself that you'll give these idea's a go. Were creatures of habit and it will take time to feel or notice how your feeling. Below, are a few ideas that may help you. (Let me know how you go) * Soak in a bath before 8.30pm (not to hot) - place 6 to 8 drops of essential oils - try one of these as they are so relaxing (lavender, marjoram, neroli) * Aim to be in bed without electronics by 9.30pm every evening * Have a hot chocolate or hot milk ( 1 ) hour before bed * Turn the television off before 8.30pm * Place a couple of drops of "Lavender essential oils" on your pillow * When in bed, turn on some gentle relaxing music without the light on
One key to remember, give yourself a go at least for each one. Recommendation to do one or two for at least, three to four nights.
